Current Availability

Eleanor Rosa House will be undergoing planned maintenance works during academic years 2025/26 and 2026/27 to upgrade elements of the building fabric including renewing internal doors and associated separating walls in flats, rooms, and communal areas.

Works are scheduled to take place throughout the 2025/26 and 2026/27 academic years. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption and maintain a comfortable living environment.

2026-2027 Eleanor Rosa House

Rooms at Eleanor Rosa House for the 2026/2027 academic year are now available to book on first come, first served basis.

These rooms are offered on a 50 week licence agreement from 13th September 2026 until 28th August 2027.

To be eligible to book a room at Eleanor Rosa House, you must be enrolled for the entire duration of the contract.
