Current Availability

Eleanor Rosa House will be undergoing planned maintenance works during academic year 2026/27 to upgrade elements of the building fabric including renewing internal doors and associated separating walls in flats, rooms, and communal areas.

Works are scheduled to take place throughout the 2026/27 academic year. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption and maintain a comfortable living environment.

50-week Licence Agreement

running from 13th September 2026 to 28th August 2027

To be eligible to book a room at the above locations, you must be enrolled for the entire duration of the contract.

40-week Licence Agreement

running from 13th September 2026 to 19th June 2027

Rooms are now available to book at:

Connaught Hall

International Hall

Nutford House
